Lasik, contact lenses and hearing aids are reimbursable items for all healthcare spending accounts unless your employer has a limited purpose plan.

You can get reimbursed by filing your claim online using PayFlex's Express Claims service available at www.mypayflex.com or by sending in a claim form along with your reciept to PayFlex.

It depends on the service. TruVision LASIK provides a receipt on the day of your procedure. TruVision Hearing provides a receipt once the hearing aids are purchased. TruVision Contacts will provide a receipt via email or mail on the day you order and pay for your contacts.
BACK TO TOPHow do I schedule a Lasik exam, a hearing exam or purchase contacts?
To receive a discount on services you must first call TruVision. For Lasik or hearing aids a customer service representative will answer all your questions and then schedule an eye or hearing exam for you directly to the doctor's office. To order contacts you must first set up an account by callings TruVision (this includes receiving a copy of a valid contact lens prescription.) After your account is set up you can continue to call to order contacts or order directly via the internet. If your contact lens prescription expires you will need to send in a new prescription before purchasing additional contacts.

Call TruVision at 1-877-330-2020 toll-free and a customer service representative will provide you with all participating doctors in your vicinity.
